There are 3 comfortable bedrooms. Walk up the curved marble staircase to the en-suite master bed, overlooking the pool, with a pitched beamed ceiling and double doors leading to the large balcony/ terrace with sea and spectacular mountain views. Perfect for entertaining or sunbathing.
Downstairs are 2 bright, light double aspect twin bedrooms with garden and pool views. Family style bathroom with bath/shower.
Outside the terrace offers a 10x5 private pool, sun beds, shaded room, seating and BBQ-perfect for al fresco dining on warm Cyprus evenings. All set in an extensive stone walled garden close to the sea.
Internet access available. Located a short drive to great restaurants, bars, shops, beaches, water sports and Aqua Park.

The 3 bed roomed Villa is located on the outskirts of Karsiyaka village overlooking the stunning mountain range in a relaxed, peaceful rural setting. Perfect for exploring the unspoilt area or sampling the extensive range of quality restaurants a short drive away.
North Cyprus is steeped in history with plenty to see from monasteries, churches to castles. The harbour town of Kyrenia, 20 minutes drive, is absolutely magnificent.
The crescent shaped harbour has the most amazing atmosphere. A perfect place to dine day or night. Sit back with a drink and watch the boats or take a trip on an extensive choice of large wooden boats.
Be spoilt for the day with plenty to eat and drink while you gently cruise along the beautiful coastline. Moor up in one of the many bays and take a swim in the warm crystal clear waters. For the more energetic there are all types of water sports including deep sea diving, Jet Ski, banana boats, canoeing, and pedal boating or the newly built Aqua Park.

Rental rates are for 2 people per bedroom. Additional rates below
Low season: 1 bedroom = £400, 2 bedrooms = £450, 3 bedrooms = £500

High season: 1 bedroom = £550, 2 bedrooms = £600, 3 bedrooms = £650
A 25% non refundable deposit is required on booking. The balance is paid 6 weeks prior to the holiday start date.
A £100 refundable security deposit is required in case of damage, loss of keys etc.
Our management company will meet you on your first day.
Linen and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach and pool towels. Sheets and towels are changed weekly.
SPECIAL NOTE FOR LARGE PARTIES
The 2 houses next door are also available for rent and we can therefore arrange to accommodate extended families/parties of friends. Please book early.

Flights to Cyprus are available from various UK airports including Heathrow, Gatwick, Stanstead, Manchester, Belfast & Glasgow. There are two ways to fly. You can fly to the North Cyprus airport called Ercan.
This takes you via Turkey where you land for 45minutes. The journey from Ercan airport is about 45 minutes. Alternatively, you can fly direct into Larnaca in the South and we can arrange a taxi transfer direct to the villa. Car hire is recommended and a vehicle can be delivered to the villa or picked up at Ercan airport.
Rates are very reasonable and competitive. We are happy to advise you on flights and car hire.

The 3 bed roomed North Cyprus, Kyrenia region Villa is just 20 minutes drive west from Kyrenia in the delightful village of Karsiyaka. We chose this stunning location for its rural setting surrounded by a variety of olive and fruit trees yet close to the sea with amazing views of the mountain range.
Walk to the local traditional shops, where the locals drink their Turkish coffee or buy your groceries in the many supermarkets or open air markets with their mountains of fresh fruit and vegetables.
A short drive to an extensive choice of superb restaurants. North Cyprus is very friendly and safe. Cars drive on the same side as England. English is widely spoken. Sterling can be used in shops and restaurants. This is a foreign holiday with all the benefits.
This unspoilt region has a wonderful climate. April and May are simply beautiful with the flowers bursting into life. Hot summers and warm evenings, where the warmth continues right through to November.
Even the winter months are fairly mild. Why not try a winter break with over 300 days of sunshine a year. If there's one thing this island benefits from it's an abundance of beautiful beaches. From rocky little coves to long stretches of soft clean sand, from deserted wild beaches to miles of perfect coastline - the beaches of Northern Cyprus offer everything.
The Villa has air con in all bedrooms and fly screens throughout for your convenience. Linen and bath towels are provided with a full change for your second week. Master bed also has a ceiling fan and safe. The large built in range of wardrobes have plenty of hangers.
