The Villa has been totally refurbished to include new kitchen, 2 BATHROOMS. The family Villa, in St.Cyprien Plage, has a shared swimming pool and is on a complex close to the stunning Marina.

The villa is near Perpignan, Southern France on the Mediterranean Coast. Situated close to a beautiful sandy, clean, safe beach and protected nature reserve. The area is ideal at all times of the year for bird watching. Surrounded by a wide variety of bird habitats.

Pink flamingos and other wading birds can be found in the saltwater lakes along the coast. This is a bird watcher's paradise.

Easy drive to Spain and the Pyrenees.

All in a part of the world when even in the depths of winter, it feels warm in the sun. If you like it hot, the summer is hard to beat and spring and autumn are simply stunning.

Things to do

The villa is located near Perpignan and has easy access to enjoy the spectacular sights of France.

As the area has one of the mildest climates in France, the villa is ideal for out of season holidays with a wide range of attractions in and around the region.
It is the ideal location for many activities such as walking, cycling, fishing, golf, tennis and horse riding.

There is even a water park or perhaps just relaxing. St. Cyprien is ideal to entertain the whole family.

You could try the delightful short walk along the marina to the local shopping centre for a perfect selection of fresh fish, meat, vegetables, the bakers and supermarket etc. Why not try a take away or relax in one of the restaurants. A larger selection of bars, excellent restaurants and boutiques can be found a short distance away in the centre of St Cyprien Plage with its miles of clean safe beaches.

St Cyprien is well placed to offer a holiday of discovery, the wonderful countryside, endless beaches, fantastic restaurants and of course the wine!

Prices are subject to 3% damage insurance surcharge.

Cot with changing facilities and high chair can be hired for 10 euros each.
All linen is provided.

Cot (including bedding /changing mat) and high chair available for hire. 10 euros per week each

We supply house towels, please bring your own beach and pool towels.

The swimming pool is open June to September.

Sorry but due to demand Saturday to Saturday bookings can only be accepted during the summer peak months

Mid week to mid week bookings will be accepted out of season.

Flights to France and Girona/Barcelona Spain are available from various UK airports including many of your local airports.

The 2 bed roomed St. Cyprien villa near Perpignan is easily reached from Perpignan Airport (20 minutes) Girona, Spain (just over 1 hr) and Carcassonne (1 ½ hours). Many extremely low cost flights available with Ryan Air and other airlines.

St Cyprien is easily reached by car, Ferry and Rail.

Car hire is recommended to make the best of this stunning area. This is very reasonable and competitively priced.
